Looking for a new washing machine, Dishwasher, Fridge or Fridge Freezer? Or is it your oven or Hob thats past it's best?

We work with AO.com one of the largest appliance retailers in Britain. They have large volumes in stock, the ability to deliver quickly, with a large facility for recycling your old appliance, which is so important in these ecologically challenging times. This also means we can offer you a far better service than we could if we were operating solely on our own. AO also have there own Gas safe and electrical engineers, fitting your new appliance in accordance with current regulations and providing you with an installation certificate to show all relevent tests have been carried out.

Why buy through us?
Although AO have the power to deliver, we can hopefully offer you that tailored personal service, advising you on which make and model according to your needs. There are different sizes of ovens / cookers, and areas where new regulations mean you may have to make changes to, for example, wallpaper directly above where a Hob fits before a replacement can be fitted.  We spend more time showing you how to use your new appliance and to register it with the the manufacturer, which is so important with all the news of appliances that have caught fire in recent times. With a registered appliance the manufacturer can contact you directly without delay. There are little extras also, always fitting a Jubilee clip on the waste fittings, and a hot tap blanking plug as all new washing machines now only fill with cold water. (Not applicable on a dishwasher).  We can also examine your old appliance, it may have a minor fault that can be economically repaired meaning you don't need to purchase a new machine.
Is it more expensive through us?
On average it will between £15.00 to £22.00 more buying through us directly on freestanding appliances, integrated appliances incur extra fitting charges, some of these we fit ourselves, other times AO do the fitting for us, so we would need to advise you on the price. We think what we offer is worth the little extra!
So, get in touch with us, or fill in the contact form and we will get back to you. Take a look at AO.com to choose your next appliance.

What Our Customers Say...

Highly Recommended !! Roger is very knowledgeable and gave a First Class Service. Complete satisfaction with his quality of work! Washing now back on the line!! Thank You!

Mary M

Great friendly service that I would highly recommend. Needed a replacement door seal on my washing machine. Tried a few other companies but they were reluctant to do the job because it was a Samsung. Kept in touch whilst waiting for the part to arrive and on the day of the job itself. Very happy with the service overall.

Rachel

This is a business that should get more than the maximum 5 stars..the service -- brilliant ..product knowledge -- brilliant ...the engineers explanation about the problem with my appliance -- brilliant...his work in rectifying the problem -- brilliant...my overall satisfaction with the final product... BRILLIANT.

A heartfelt thank you to Roger who from begining to end did everything in his power to make, what we felt was a major upset for us, when our washing machine gave up the ghost at this covidawful time. We didn't know how we could get a new one, wich one would be best, but he took it all in hand.
