Can you buy spares from us?

Yes. Common spares are kept in stock, and can even be delivered within our local area, for an extra charge. Special orders have to be paid for in full before they can be ordered. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or you can make a  BACS payment. Parts can also be delivered by post. To enquire about spare parts either telephone us or fill out one of  the contact forms, and we will get back to you. Telephone numbers and our e-mail address are listed on the contact page.

What about call out / Diagnosis charges?

We do not have a call out / diagnosis charge on accepted quotes. Charges only apply if we do not carry out a repair, for example, if the appliance was found to be too old, or to repair it would be un-economical. We will discuss the problem over the phone, before we pay you a visit, to try and give an estimate as to what the cost of the repair might be. If, however, we do then call out, and not repair your appliance, the charge will be £35-00 on freestanding appliances, and between £39.00 and £50.00 on integrated Appliances, depending on appliance type and its fitting. At our discretion, we may not charge a call out if a new appliance is ordered instead of a repair. No V.A.T is added, the above charges apply within a 5 mile radius, charges will be higher if travelling further.

Can you buy new or reconditioned machines from us?

Reconditioned machines we do not sell. The reduction in the price of new appliances makes the sale of quality refurbished machines less attractive and un-economical. We do, however, sell a wide range of new appliances. Details of some of the more popular models can be viewed by clicking on the “new appliances” link in the navigation bar at the bottom of this page. Does the price listed for your appliances include fitting and the recycling of the old product?

Yes. All prices listed on the web site include delivery, fitting of the new appliance, and recycling of the old one. This is limited to within a 10 mile radius.
